Setup Outlook Mail though the in-Control Panel

1. Open Control Panel.
• On Windows 10/11: You can search for "Control Panel" in the Start menu
• Switch the view to Small icons or Large icons for easier navigation.
• Click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook).

• . Open Profiles

  1. In the Mail Setup window, click on Show Profiles.
  2. Click Add to create a new profile.
  3. Name your profile (e.g., "Work Email") and click OK.
     3. Configure Your Email Account
     1. Choose Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
     2. Select your email type:
     • POP or IMAP: For personal email accounts

     • Enter Server Settings

       • For IMAP/POP:
         • POP Incoming mail.inet2000.com
         • (IMAP) mail.inet2000.com
         • SMTP Outgoing: mail.inet2000.com

         • Enter your Username (email address) and Password

         • Advanced Settings
           1. Click More Settings and navigate through these tabs:
           • Outgoing Server: Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server."
           2. Test Settings
         •  
         • After returning to the previous window, click Test Account Settings to verify everything is set up correctly.
         • If successful, click Next and then Finish.
         • Open Outlook
         •  
           1. POP- Incoming 110 Out Going 25 ( No SSL)
           2. IMAP - Incoming port 143 Out Going 25 ( No SSL)
